Reg. 848/2018 is official and will apply starting from January 1st 2022

Official application of EU Reg 848/18 starting from 01/01/2022.

Taking into account the scale of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent public health crisis, its epidemiological evolution and the additional resources needed by Member States and operators, the date of application of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 should be postponed by one year.
