Complaints

If the Operator does not agree with the evaluation of the technical staff in charge, he must report and sign the reasons for his dissent in the control report.
Complaints relating to the activity of ICEA must be sent to the ICEA Quality Office at the Bologna Headquarters.
Within 5 working days from the receipt of the formal complaint, ICEA communicates the taking of the same by activating the appropriate actions for its management.
ICEA ensures the processing of the complaint, within 30 days of receipt, by sending a written response on the results.
