Complaints

In case of disagreement with the technical staff, the Operator  must report and undersign the reasons of his dissent in the inspection control report.

The complaints concerning the activity of ICEA must be transmitted to the ICEA Quality Office at the Bologna main office.
Within 5 working days of receipt complaint, ICEA will communicate the taking charge of the same by activating the appropriate actions for its management.
ICEA ensures the processing of the Complaint, sending a written response on the results, within 30 days of receipt.
