Per la prima volta si affronterà il tema delle produzioni nature positive promosse per abbattere le biodiversità; e ancora, si discuterà di alimenti riciclabili (upcycled), di agricoltura rigenerativa, delle tendenze di approvvigionamento delle materie prime e di strategie di marketing di successo.

ICEA, one again this year, will be a partner of the European edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit 2023 to be held in Amsterdam on 15 and 16 June.
At the heart of the 14th International Summit, there will be the world of food and all the concepts that revolve around it such as sustainability, food ingredients and also, a shortage of marketing insights.
For the first time, the theme of positive natural production promoted to reduce biodiversity will be addressed; and again, it will discuss recyclable foods (upcycled), regenerative agriculture, trends in the supply of raw materials and successful marketing strategies.
Since 2009, the Sustainable Foods Summit has been addressing the main issues facing the food industry regarding sustainability and eco-labels, such as organic, fair trade, Rainforest Alliance, etc.
The aim of the International Food Sustainability Summit is to explore new horizons for labels that guarantee eco-quality and sustainability in the industry.
