The meeting will be an important opportunity for discussion for the community and for the organic and regenerative agriculture movement.

The initiative is one of the side events of the Natural Products Expo West, a world-renowned event for the organic and natural products sector, scheduled to take place in Anaheim, California, from March 3 to 6, 2026.

ROC certification applies to agricultural products (food, fibers, and plant essences) intended for both the food supply chain and non-food supply chains, such as textiles and cosmetics. It is a standard for food ingredients, fibers, and personal care products, which is currently one of the most advanced international benchmarks for organic agriculture, thanks to its strict requirements for soil health, animal welfare, and social equity.

All ROC-certified products must have obtained organic certification (USDA-NOP, EU Reg. 848/2018) as a prerequisite. ROC then adds additional criteria and parameters that incorporate the three main pillars of regenerative organic agriculture (Soil Health, Animal Welfare, and Social Responsibility) into a single certification.

The ROC standard is overseen by the Regenerative Organic Alliance (ROA), a non-profit organization made up of a group of experts in agriculture, livestock, soil health, animal welfare, and equity among farmers and workers. It was founded by the Rodale Institute, Dr. Bronner’s, and Patagonia. Other members of the alliance include Compassion in World Farming, Fair World Project, and Textile Exchange.

ICEA closely follows the evolution of the regenerative organic agriculture movement and actively participates in its development processes.

[/spb_text_block]

[spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”] ICEA will be present, as a sponsor and key partner, at the event “Together We ROC! – Regenerative 2030: Imagining the Future of Food & Farming”, organized by the non-profit association Regenerative Organic Alliance (ROA), promoter of the Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) certification, which certifies products obtained from organic and regenerative agriculture through its […]

[1132,1133

post-23601","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-en","category-news-archive
["GET
