The summit will provide insights into key themes of food sustainability, structured into four thematic sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Industry developments<\/strong> \u2013 An analysis of trends and innovations shaping the future of the sustainable food industry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Food ingredients<\/strong> \u2013 A focus on traceability, new protein sources, artificial intelligence, and biodiversity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainability schemes<\/strong> \u2013 In-depth discussions on certifications, eco-labelling, and consumer perception.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eco-friendly packaging solutions<\/strong> \u2013 Strategies to reduce the environmental impact of packaging and promote sustainable alternatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Since 2009, the Sustainable Foods Summit has explored key developments in sustainability within the food industry. It is a climate-neutral event: the carbon footprint of each edition is measured and offset through investments in soil composting projects and related initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The summit is organised by <strong>Ecovia Intelligence<\/strong>, a London-based research, consulting, and training company specialising in ethical product industries worldwide.
