The\u00a0\u00a0Recycled Claim Standard (RCS)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0is developed by\u00a0\u00a0Textile Exchange<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0, one of the most important non-profit organizations that promote responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector internationally.\u00a0With this standard, Textile Exchange intends to\u00a0\u00a0enhance the use of recycled materials to promote a production and sustainable consumption model that aims to reduce the consumption of resources<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0(virgin raw materials, water and energy).\u00a0The RCS provides a\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0third party\u00a0verified environmental statement<\/strong>\u00a0which proves the content of recycled materials of the products (both intermediate and finished).\u00a0All products that are made up for can be RCS certified\u00a0at least 5% from pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0The RCS criteria extend only to the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n
