pb_border_bottom=&#8221;no&#8221; el_class=&#8221;initial-section&#8221; width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243; el_position=&#8221;first last&#8221;]\n<p>The main voluntary certification schemes developed by ICEA to date, and aimed at companies committed to sustainability, concern the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>organic catering<\/strong>, to define the minimum requirements of the service, the rules of control and information to the consumer, applicable to catering;<\/li>\n<li>catering and <strong>gluten-free products<\/strong>, as a guarantee that the products produced and the gastronomic preparations administered do not show traces and \/ or gluten contamination;<\/li>\n<li><strong>vegetarian and vegan products<\/strong>, allowing catering companies and those producing organic vegetarian and vegan foods to certify their products also as <strong>organic<\/strong>, thus obtaining double certification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regenerative Organic Certified\u00ae (ROC)<\/strong> was established by the <strong>Regenerative Organic Alliance (ROA)<\/strong> in 2017 for food supply chains, textiles and personal care ingredients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/spb_text_block] [blank_spacer height=&#8221;30px&#8221;
